Alchemy Club

The Alchemy Club of the Department of Chemistry celebrated Teachers’ Day with the theme “Mentors – The True Alchemists of Knowledge” on 16th September 2026. All faculty members and Chemistry students participated in the event. As a part of the programme, three events, viz. Drawing competition, Essay writing competition and Meme presentation were conducted. The winners were rewarded with prizes.

A Sarvagnya club – A Multidisciplinary Forum

A Sarvagnya club – A Multidisciplinary Forum” was inaugurated on 18th September 2026, The Chief Guest Mr. B. Parasuraman, Director Projects, Hexaware Technologies, Chennai gave an Inaugural speech. Dr. R. Jayaprakash, Principal welcomed the gathering. Heads of the departments from Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry and English were attended the inauguration. Dr. T. Balamurugan, Assistant Professor of Tami, Coordinator of the Club delivered vote of thanks department of Tamil. 31 students participated.
